Beginner Wheel
These classes are geared for the abasolute beginner or potters who want a refresher on basic skills.
We begin with a tour of the studio pointing out the many shared work apaces, tools, glaze area, kilns and clay bodies.
Starting with brown stoneware clay we learn to operate the wheel and center 2 lbs.
Our first project is a basic cylinder shape then we move into more complex projects and shapes, learning how to trim, finish and glaze the projects we take home.
